Busy Parent Fitness Challenge - Day 24: Free Style

It's choose your own workout day! Walk, bike, jog/run, swim, do some on the go exercises, do an exercise video, or re-do your favorite Busy Parent Fitness Challenge. 

Stairs are strengthening
If you'd like to stick with the program (my program, who else's?), focus on abs. 

Past ab/core workouts include:
Aim for at least 20 minutes of activity today. I'm going to chase the kids on their bikes (they ride and I jog). Have fun!
